Hey! I’m Amy Morris

The founder of Amy Morris Coaching. I am an accredited Personal Trainer that has helped to change the lives of hundreds of women.

I am a mum to three young boys, running my coaching business with the help of a small team of women that are all as focused as I am on making a big impact.

Everything we do is judged on the success of the ladies we work with, which is why we are highly recommended and referred.

My Why

I have always been hugely open about the fact that I have struggled with my own weight over the years, from being a “chubby” child, to a rather underweight teenager, I ricocheted from diet fad to diet fad, never feeling comfortable in my own skin.

This cycle continued until I stopped following along to YouTube workouts and looking at weight loss cook books and began my education into nutrition and training. For me this was nothing short of life changing, I know how total autonomy over my weight and eating well and exercising was no longer a mystery shrouded behind buzz words and terminology I didn't understand.

I therefore want to teach you how to do the same, how to become empowered in an industry that is desperate to make everything seem to bloody complicated.

My story

Sport and exercise have always made up large portions of my life, I spent most of my childhood touring around various tennis tournaments and playing netball and hockey for a local team.

I taught in a Secondary School setting for ten years, and in the later years of my teaching I began my move into personal training and online coaching. I knew that it was entirely the right choice for me, it combined my two biggest passions; health and fitness alongside education, nurturing and supporting self development.
